3. Intellectual property
3.1 Application and source code
The Molleva application, its source code, software architecture, algorithms, interfaces, graphic design, mock-ups, icons, animations, text, screenshots and all of its visual components are the exclusive property of Ammar Osei-Mohamend or are used under duly granted licences.
These elements are protected by copyright (Book I of the French Intellectual Property Code), database rights (Book III of the French Intellectual Property Code) and, where applicable, patent law.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, transformation, distribution, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, without the prior written authorisation of Ammar Osei-Mohamend, is strictly prohibited and would constitute infringement punishable under Articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
3.2 Trademark
The name “Molleva” and its associated logo are a trademark not registered to date. Any unauthorised reproduction, imitation or use may give rise to civil and criminal liability on the part of its author under Articles L335-2 and L713-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Any unauthorised reproduction, imitation or use of these distinctive signs is prohibited and constitutes infringement or an act of unfair competition.
3.3 Database
Ammar Osei-Mohamend is the producer of the database made up of all data structured within the application, within the meaning of Article L341-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code. Any quantitatively or qualitatively substantial extraction from this database is prohibited without prior authorisation.
3.4 Licence granted to the user
The user's use of the Molleva application is subject to a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence. The Free experience is available without a subscription; access to Premium features is subject to the terms of sale and prices published in the current Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV).
3.5 User content
Content entered by the user in the application (notes, priorities, small wins, intentions, anchors) remains the user's exclusive property. No rights are assigned to Ammar Osei-Mohamend.
3.6 Third-party software and libraries
The Molleva application uses open-source software and libraries, and complies with their licences. The complete list of dependencies and their licences is available upon request at contact@molleva.fr.
