This policy is incorporated into the General Terms and Conditions of Use (Article 5). It may also be published separately.
1. The spirit of this policy
Molleva is a personal space for everyday clarity. It helps you see things clearly, choose less and move forward gently, without judgment or guilt.
This policy sets out a few simple rules to protect your experience, the experience of other users, the service and the people concerned by the content you enter.
2. Personal use
Molleva is designed for strictly personal use.
You can use it to get what is on your mind down, choose your priorities, postpone items, note small wins, create reminders or use the light-touch AI assistance.
Molleva is not designed for:
- team use or business project management,
- an emergency or safety-critical task,
- medical, therapeutic or clinical monitoring,
- general-purpose document storage,
- large-scale management of third-party data.
3. Compliance with the law
You must not use Molleva to:
- commit, prepare or facilitate a criminal offence,
- commit fraud, swindle or deceive,
- impersonate another person,
- distribute, store or prepare content that is manifestly unlawful,
- infringe a third party’s rights (intellectual property, privacy, image rights),
- circumvent a legal or regulatory obligation,
- organise a dangerous or illegal activity.
4. Respect for others
You must not use Molleva to harass, threaten, intimidate, manipulate or discriminate against, or otherwise harm, any individual or legal entity, whether another user, a third party or Ammar Osei-Mohamend.
5. Data and content concerning third parties
Avoid entering third parties’ personal data without a legitimate reason.
If you enter information concerning another person, you must:
- respect their privacy and confidentiality,
- ensure that you have the right to enter and process it,
- not expose them to unnecessary risks.
You must not enter or share content belonging to a third party without authorisation where the law requires it.
6. Sensitive content
Molleva may receive intimate or sensitive content because you choose to enter it.
You are encouraged to enter only information that is genuinely useful for your personal use and to avoid including highly sensitive information — particularly when using an AI feature, because the relevant text is then sent to an external provider.
7. Acceptable use of AI features
Molleva’s AI assistance is intended for personal use to help with everyday clarity.
You must not use Molleva’s AI features to:
- generate or improve unlawful content,
- deceive someone or produce misleading content,
- produce dangerous or harmful instructions,
- circumvent technical or legal rules,
- automate requests at scale,
- obtain medical, psychological, legal, financial or administrative advice and present it as reliable.
AI suggestions must always be reviewed. You make the final decision. AI can make mistakes.
8. Protecting the service
You must not:
- attack, scan, overload or disrupt the servers or the app,
- attempt to access data that does not belong to you,
- circumvent a security, rate-limiting or authentication mechanism,
- bypass a subscription or payment by any means,
- automate requests to the API without written permission,
- exploit a security vulnerability without reporting it responsibly,
- copy, disassemble or reverse-engineer the app beyond the limits permitted by law.
9. Responsible vulnerability reporting
If you discover a security vulnerability in Molleva, report it responsibly to contact@molleva.fr before any public disclosure. Ammar Osei-Mohamend undertakes to address the report as soon as possible.
10. Consequences of abuse
In the event of a breach of this policy, abuse, a risk to the security of the service or its users, or unlawful use, Ammar Osei-Mohamend may:
- temporarily restrict access to certain features,
- suspend the account,
- delete the account,
- retain necessary evidence and disclose it to the competent authorities.
Where reasonably possible, you will be informed and may contact support at contact@molleva.fr to explain your actions.
The cancellation terms are set out in the Terms of Use (Article 10).
11. Short version for publication (for display in the app)
Molleva is a personal space. Use it to help you see things more clearly — not to cause harm, commit fraud, harass others, circumvent the service or store unlawful content. AI suggestions should still be reviewed. You make the final decision. In the event of abuse or a risk to the service, access may be restricted or suspended.
